The General Board of Church and Society offers a variety of training opportunities and resource tools to help educate, empower and engage you in social justice ministries.

Through Education and Leadership Formation, the General Board of Church and Society helps local churches and annual conferences interpret domestic and international social justice issues. We offer resources, educational events, and partnerships. Our United Methodist Seminars on National and International Affairs enable advocates to study, reflect, and act on various social justice issues.

We also coordinate the work and ministry of ethnic local church concerns, ethnic minority constituents related to the ministry of GBCS, and the Ethnic Young Adult summer internship.
